If you open up your Instagram camera now, you will not have the Celebrities Mix filter. You will have to manually add this filter before you can use it. Getting the filter is extremely easy. Here are some simple step by step instructions that will help you get the Celebrities Mix filter on Instagram!

1. The first step is to go to the creator of the filter’s Instagram profile. His username is: belzeburp.
2. Once you have made your way to his profile, tap on the smiley face icon in the center of the screen just above his posts.
3. When you tap on the smiley face icon, you will see all the filters that he has created. Now tap on the filter labeled “Celebrities mix.”
4. When you tap on the filter you will be presented with a preview of the filter applied to the creator’s face. On this screen you should tap on the save effect button in the lower right hand corner. This button is circled in red in the image below!
