1. Step one is to go to the official Kylie Cosmetics Instagram account. The Instagram username is: kyliecosmetics.
2. Once you are on the Kylie Cosmetics Profile, tap on the smiley face icon in the middle of the screen, just above their posts. This will pull up the official Kylie Cosmetics Instagram filters.
